Annabel Fairfax



Biography

Annabel Fairfax grew up in Suffolk and has painted all her life. Annabel worked in the design studio at Colefax and Fowler and then studied photography with Georje Lewisnski before attending The Heatherley School of Fine Art and continues her studies with Robin Child. Annabel was elected a member of the Society of Women Artists in 2011.

In print

A range of Annabel’s flower paintings sell as prints with John Lewis Online and her watercolours of chicken, duck, shell and lobster images are also sold as prints with The Little Picture Gallery.com.

Annabel has greetings cards with Dry Red Press, Green Pebble, Tiger Print for Marks & Spencer. Medici and Woodmansterne have also used her images for their cards, notelets and giftwrap. Annabel’s Iris, Tulip and Stargazer Lily watercolours were made into limited edition collectable prints for House & Garden.

Annabel has also licenced images for Carolyn Sheffield Giftware, Lady Clare Giftware and Halcyon Days.

Annabel’s cards and prints in Mustique, Caribbean. Cards through The Pink House and prints through The Cotton House. In London the prints are available through The Mustique Company.

Exhibitions

Annabel has had solo Exhibitions at ING and The Ebury Galleries. She exhibits annually in group shows which have included The Summer Exhibition at The Royal Academy and the Society of Women Artists and annually exhibits for Art For Youth at the Mall Galleries. Annabel also exhibits at The Bembridge Sailing Club on the Isle of Wight, The Affordable Art Fair in Battersea and with The British Art Portfolio.
